Dawn’s Loft

This industrial loft was broken up into rooms that made it feel small and dark. We completely opened up this main level to create a linear floor plan with clean lines and modern finishes, resulting in a calming and bright space.

The amount of craftsmanship and skill required to make such an open concept, in addition to concealing all the exposed ducting, pipes, and electrical wires, was not so simple yet Tyler and his team completed it like true craftsmen.
